One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Looking for any information on the who's and where's of buying Aerostuff rods these days, particularly Gold S (or whatever the current equivalent is).  My last source was Theresa at TKS, but when I built the last auction kite she had only a single stick left.

Not looking to mortgage my house to place a big order, and it's been literally years since I broke one, but it makes me nervous not to have any spare sticks in the bag.

TIA

There has been a big shortage of AS rods of late as the man who makes them has been ill, but I was told today they will be in full production in two weeks.I'll pm you who has them as it's against the rules to post here.

I'm having the same issue... Emailed Chris Goff at KRD last week, still no response.

I really need two right now, if anyone has two unflown 29.75" or longer...

Edit: Pete I'd really appreciate getting that info as well. Thanks

By Kitehouse in Germany or Air-One in France.
