One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Ken was nice enough to send me a demo Mongoose to try out.  Anyone want to get together this weekend and give it a spin?  Mike?  Denny?  John?

With any luck I'll get some photos and video  and will post my rave, erm ... review of the kite.

Love to test a Mongoose, no wind right now out here but I see the Cam shows 3 mph there. I have a brake job to get after but if you head out and there's a breeze give us a call.

"let's see ... get greasy, hot and frustrated or fly a Blue Moon kite ... "
Sort of a no brainer choice there, "Rhonda we need to go to town, I forgot to pick-up the BrakeClean"  (I did anyway)

Believe me, you all are going to be impressed by the Mongoose.  I flew mine, without weight, for 30 minutes last night in very light winds  -- the kind perfect for a Mamba UL -- and it was impressive.  The kite I received was the Nitro version because the "average wind speed" in this area of Texas is 5-15 mph, which hasn't happened for months.
