Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Not exactly....   Wink

I got the spars though.  I need to improvise for the fittings on the 0.625 carbon.  I've got an idea that I tested out a day or two ago that I'll use until I get the machined fittings somehow, some way, some day.  If I get them before the festival, I just swap out my improv.  At least the improv won't look too obnoxious and will be discreet.   Undecided

Just one more day!

Weather looks a little bit "iffy" for Saturday, but Sunday looks decent so far.

Anyone know of a decent (Cheap) hotel near by??

On a limited budget.  Roll Eyes

I'm en route and *really* looking forward to it!
The updated forecast (this morning) calls for good breezes and the rain should hold off until around 7 pm.  Cheesy

wind was abit high for most of the day (15-20mph gusts_, but dropped down late afternoon. Good to see all those that made it!! Hooked a few new fliers too
Flew the Sano with its custom brakes, they work well.
I saw the big yellow cody, how did it handle the winds?

Excellent.   Cool  I was extremely pleased for the maiden flight; launched gently right "out of hand."   Grin
