One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Hey Folks,
I've been around kiting for quite a while but primarily with SLKs.  I recently flew a kite belonging to a friend of mine and wonder if you can help me ID it?

I believe it is a fairly early Jordan Air model that was made especially for low wind flying.   If memory serves, it was all red with a black ball in the middle.

Is this still made and available?  Does anyone have a photo of it?  I've googled quite a bit and can't seem to find this exact model.   I do remember it being advertised a lot in the kite magazines of the mid-eighties?

Thanks for your help.

the kite on the far right is a Jordan Air Aeon, which was the standard version of the Millennium:

Could be any of a number of Dean Jordan's kites, they all had some variation on a circle in the middle

The 4ft UL is a Spec and has a circular applique in the middle
Could be a Millennium, Aeon or Starwatcher

This is an X-1

Even the Pro had a circle overlaid with a V
