One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I was going through my kites and I discovered that I have a Top of the Line NSR Kona with no bridle.  Can somebody tell me if the Kona bridle had the same dimensions as the bridle on the standard and vented NSR?

Hi Dave!

I have no idea about the bridle, just wanted to say hi.

Hi Allen!

How have you been?

Emmalee wants to do some flying, so I was going through the kites.  I thought that the Vapor had a broken rod, but maybe I was thinking of the AerZero I sold to you.

I just found the instructions and the correct name is North Shore Kona.  The other two are North Shore Radical and the vented North Shore V.I.P.  I have all three, but I could swear that I read somewhere that there was also a half vent.

I found a spool of bridle line, so I guess I'll build a bridle for the Kona.  I'll try to make it identical to the active bridle on the NSR. I tried emailing Cutting Edge, but no reply.

Hi Dave, I thought you told me it was a stealth Kona UL.  Smiley

Say hi to Emmalee. I'm guessing she's not a kid anymore.

You still skinny?

Hi John!

Emmalee has an appointment with a Coast Guard recruiter next week.  She's 21 now.
I'll tell her you said hi.

Nope.
