One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I can't make it this month, I'm in San Diego working. The weather at the Fun Flys hasn't been the best this year but now that I can't make it there it'll probably be sweet!! Hopefully I can make the November fly.

But I did get to fly @ Mission Beach for 3-4 hours today. It was pretty nice.

I can't make it either    I will be in Portland for my Granddaughter's birthday party   

Then next weekend, October 9th & 10th will be in Lincoln City for the Fall Kite Festival    Not sure if Lam will be there but I did see that Island Quad, Amy and Connor will be there.

Friday was good.... Saturday did not really start rocking until 15:00 hours... but I flew from 10:00 until 17:30.... finally some light onshore breezes...
