One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I'll be there, as long as it's not storming too bad.

We are planning to go.  Saturday looks like the best day. If the weather is good, we might spent the night and stay for Sunday.   Smiley

I hope it's nice we've had some tough conditions at a lot of the Fun Flys this year.

Tim, you better show, I missed you the last time I made it and then I missed the October fly. I did get some nice flying in that weekend in San Diego though.

Peace

I Plan on coming down, just have to watch the weather. I am itching to fly,,, it has been a week since the weather here has been good. If the forecast for wind goes ballistic, I will have second thoughts.

The forecast is deteriorating rapidly.  Maybe we should plan a Fun Fly around the weather forecast instead of a set date.

I keep watching hoping the forecast will improve and every time I check it's grimmer. But the weather forecasters can be wrong too.

We had a great time today.  Winds ranged from 6-12 mph from offshore under cloudy skies.  But no rain  Wink  We all welcomed Mike M from Tuscon to Southern Oregon and his first Windchaser Fun Fly.  We all watched Mike as he flew a REV stack and dulie stack  Shocked  Way to go Mike  Undecided

It was a great day had by all for the Rogue Valley Windchasers  Wink Wink
