One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Nice flying! but the video camera is always in/out of focus. May be you should set your video camera focusing feature to 'manual mode'. Smiley

I believe it is working that way for effect (the kite coming in and out like in a fog) and goes very well with the video....

Very smooth flying of a Lam product........I can't do it cuz I'm a flailer Cry

The fade effect does work in some area's, some seemed distracting, but you gotta' work with the tools available. Loved the scenery too, the rolling hills and what appeared to be farms.

Very nice video!  Wish I could fly this smoothly.

I agree with Mike:  The walking focus works well in some areas, but looks weird elsewhere.  Seems to be a general issue with continuous autofocus and objects that cover only a relatively small fraction of the frame.  I have had a similar effect in a session with my brand-new higher-end Canon camcorder on a tripod at Shoreline recently.  Never seen it in handheld shooting, however.

Nice flying! I've seen so many videos of slots and they look like they should be easy but I've only been able to get a few. Forgot about cometes! There's just too much going on to get all those inputs!
