They were very helpful and nice.
I would have them send you a new nose piece too, since it is hard to get the spine out of the nose. It is glued in and unless you are better with a drill than me, you can easily wreck the soft poly. The dihedral and knock at the tail end slide off (the latter takes a sharp smack to pop it off.) Altogether, the shipping costs more than the parts.
If you have a good kite store nearby and can get there rod, it is 3mm x 109 cm.
