One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Hey guys, I'm looking for pictures of the rubin red material. Lots of companies offer it in their colorizers, but I can't find any pictures of it beyond the tiny one on HEH. If anyone has some pictures of a kite with that color, I'd really appreciate them.

So hard to do with pictures on a computer, here's Hang'em Highs color swatch sheet that I averaged and balanced as best I could by shooting for a true white & black and a neutral gray. But it still looks different when opened in a browser then it does in Photoshop and different still with Picaview all on the same computer. Save it and play with the balance on your screen if it seems off.

How about a Word Document made of the the RGB values I came up with? RGB values included.

This will be difficult as every photo has some amount of interpretation (camera, post-processing, sunlight, time of day, etc)

Rubin is in-between Red and Pink

Rubin backlit late afternoon:

Personally, the Reprise looks pink to me.

The Sky Burner Pro Dancer SUL in the centre of this pic was Rubin Red, but has faded more towards pink over the years.
