Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

HQ has been releasing new models throughout the year... without much PR/Fanfare. I expect they will continue to do so.  Periodically visiting their website seems to be the only way to keep on top of it.

Except for teasers, most new kites are releases after KTAI.

I wish AKA and/or KTAI would do some like a new model PDF for all the manufacturers.

Things are a bit more civilized in the powerkite world. The 2011 Ozone Method has been available from retailers for a couple of weeks now.

ATB,
Sam

I've not really heard anything much about new kites yet. Skydog are showing the 2011 CROSSFIRE COMP on youtube which looks interesting. HQ usually release their new catalogue anytime now. Again I haven't heard any rumours, but an obvious addition would be an Infinity UL to complete the range...there is at least one unofficial UL in existance ( modified standard) using 3PT framing. That said my New Years resolution MUST be NO New kites!!!....( fingers crossed behind back....) Grin
