Nice kite Dirk. Is that your design?
The sail design - layout and colors - is my own. The Shape is an upscaled version of an commercial kite - you know it well, Denny
Very impressive, sure like the simple sail design too. So how much work is it to fly? It doesn't appear you were struggling with it but we never saw the pilot in the video, how exagerated are the arm movements? Yes some details on the kite would be interesting, framing, sail material, etc.
The "original" dosen`t pull hard, so this 120% version dosen`t pull hard too. I always fly with 2 finger straps.... Up to 10-12mph it`s no struggle to fly this Kite. I have to move more, but thats everthing.
If the windcondions like at the video (2-5 mph), i don`t have to row - for that you have to know that i`m 1,92 meter ( 6.3 Ft ?) tall. Out of memory i would say that the inputs, way and intsensity, are similar to the Transfer Xt.r, but it pulls a lot less. Tricks like the Taz or Yoyo need every Time a good setup/timing and footwork.
The Kite at the video is framed by P300 LE, Nitro Strong spreader and P 400 Spine. The current frame is different, i`ve chanced the LE into tapered rods. So it is more balanced. The tail weight is round about 20 gr + 10 Euro Cents.
I´m sure that there are language mistakes. So, if there is something mistakable, ask.
