One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

The Ocius Custom SUL #1 (with mylar) came to my dorm today!
I couldn't be happier with it! I figured I'd post some pics just because.

I scanned the kite from nose to wingtip, and the quality's great. Nice, clean, everything. Mike, Pam, Marieanne, and Jon do a great job. I expect this kite getting a LOT of airtime, along with its UL and STD counterparts. Love it!

Pics start there. There aren't a lot, but some show some details of work on the kite, etc. The usual.

Hope you like'em!

Nice lookin' kite ! Is the mylar option available to all ? Can you choose which panels are mylar ? The Ocius is rising quickly to the top of my list of 'next' kites, especially with the videos you've been putting up...

Yessir, it does.
I ordered an extra set of 2pt lower spreaders to see the difference between them and the new Zero Air tubes.
Either way I'm super excited about this kite.

Can take one for you if you'd like.
I'm right in the middle of practicing right now, just on a break for about a minute. But I'll snap a pic when I'm done and make sure to put it up. They look shaaaaarp!

Grin  I am also a happy camper.  My custom sul came in the same mail shipment.  However, I asked Jon if I could help build it up with him.  So next week Jon and I will assemble my Ocius Sul.  Getting excited about it.  I plan on making a video for everyone to see.  Don't know how I am going to put all the time into a 5-7 minute video..but I'll make it work.. Cool

I won't mention my colors till I take some photos next week...  Wink

No matter how good it looks..Nothing   Cry  ..I mean nothing beats..The "Spider" edition of Widow Maker....  That is a beauty..It is amazing how many toys fill up a kite bag..

By the way heard of a great way to carry things around... In the past at Metro Beach I pack up stuff in a huge Garden Wagon... Big and it works.. Kites,cooler,chair..etc.

The Idea is using an old Golf Cart... They have bottoms and straps and fold up nicely and are light weight.  Does anyone use one right now ??

Here'ya go Dolphinboy. I remembered I had a pic on me, actually.
It's a bit blurry, that's the camera's doing. I love the logo on these tubes.

I've picked up a couple thinking they would make things easier at WSIKF where we walk to the beach but have never used them. The latest is a battery powered unit that rolls itself, but it has very narrow tires that won't work in the sand. The new cabins we stay at provide beach wagons for us so I haven't gotton hot on getting some floatation tires for it yet.
