One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet. A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites. Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal. 1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Giant kites

Hello, I was looking at some giant kites on some other threads. Like the Thor's Hammer, Magnum etc.. What do these kites cost? Also, where can you purchase the Gunter Wolsing kites, like the Magnum?

the thor is not made anymore Sad

but you can get lucky and find them for sale if you look hard!!! from $300 up I just got mine!! the Wolsing kite are not a production kite! but he will sale them some time's for standerd sail 1euro per cinameter if it is quilt looking sail it is 2euro per cinameter. but the shipping from the UK will kill ya Cry

the magnum "LONG DART"
if you e-mail Gunter and ask him he might send you plans to build one!! that's how I got mine....

if you have a kite builder in your area you might beable to talk them in to building it for you!!!!!
