Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

These photos are from John's favorite's on the web site ...I could have copied for hours... Wink  Not the best in the world but the song words do seem to offer insight to what Kite flying is about.  Hopefully some memories are brought back to all...

I'm alive. Got back from a no-wind Friday night fly.

Thanks for the videos, except for the picture of me. How did I get to be so old and ugly anyway?

Thanks John, many memorable shots there, the opening shot of Steve (GWTW) and his Pyro will probably always be my favorite shot, and BTW that is still his favorite kite and I would hazard to say probably has more airtime then any kite in existence. My second favorite kite picture is there too, The Rev in the 100's of lines, it's spent as much time as my desktop as any other pic, of course I had to paint in a bit to fit the wide-screens.

And thank you Vertigo for putting all them together and saving us a hundred clicks, very enjoyable.
