Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

(Based on the tried and true knowledge that a new kite purchase creates the perfect conditions to fly a kite of inversely proportional charactistics)

Tom it's a little hard to interpret, I can't work out whether you bought a SUL, Foil, UL, and then Vented... or was it QPro VV, Vapor, Micron, Tensor, 4D...

That there Tom is a kite god saying you have bought to many kites (in what appears to be a 1 hour time frame), if that's the case then it's your fault, you provided a 'kite acquirers environmental perfect storm' KAEPS)Wink

Out the window, while I ply away on an edit...

Wind is harder to get than a lotto win here also, getting about 15 mins to 1/2 hour a week of flying if I'm lucky Sad and as a very rusty flyer, it's not helping...

My VF 18 entry is in, so I'm now just wishing I could 'upgrade' it.

As with most entrants I guess, I would love another go at it...  Grin

Tom
there was a day a week (maybe 10 days) ago that I got out to the hill... actually surprised I didn't see you there filming.  it was muddy and wind was all over the place, but when isn't it.

There's nothing wrong with flying in a driving rain, the kite needs a fresh water bath every once in a while... The lines bind up easier, the kite flies a little heavier, but it's the same otherwise.
