One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

There was a 10' version for light winds called the Windrule. Is this one ?

I agree. The last kite of the stack looks like a 10' Windrule (kite used sometimes by Aircraft in competition by very low winds). Same panels, same colors.

I thought Windrule when I saw the video, but it doesn't look big enough. Odd.

Yes, mike is correct.
The grey one is larger then the other 2 and it is Windrule.

Yes.  Windrule was a 10 foot wingspan kite.  I still have a marketing ad for it somewhere.
