One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Of course there are plenty of font's to choose from, some lightning bolt styles that might give a nice effect. Here's a couple I found.

What you can do depends on the process used, if you're screen printing you can't real detailed and fading colors increases the cost.

It would be expensive, but appropriate, if the team flew Thor's Hammers.

After all, he was (is?) the God of Thunder in Norse tradition.

Perhaps the logo could show 4 people in cartoon form about to be struck from above by an oversized Hammer.

Other that that, I'm sure all the logo variations will show lightning as it is very hard to show thunder.  Smiley

That would be cool.  They're a handful in higher winds, but it would be interesting.

I like some of these but the first ones sent have a likeness of a quantum pro in the logo.Do i need to get Prisms permission if i like one of those to use? Should a generic type dual line be done so there is no copyright problems.I really dont think Mark would mind though.I do know him..

If u would like to use the logos as is with qpros we would have to get permission or I can change the kite were it doesn't resemble the qpro.

So I hope you like the designs i sent you Let me know what prism has to say and if they do have a problem it. Its not that hard to create a generic version of that sport kite.

I know it's going to be harder, but the name is THUNDER Struck, not LIGHTNING Struck.

Logo with Thunder implied or somehow shown, please.

The name has to come through.
Here are some examples I've done where the logo implies the name:

Well I would refer you too the original poster and his own vision for his logo.

for a logo i was thinking of a grey cloud as background with 4 dual lines  in different colors flying out of the cloud with lightning bolts.Team name below.

Really I think MOST people will get the connection.
