Sketch, Thanks for your concern. The spring storms here can get bad. Personally, we have made it through the storms without much damage. The storms should be over with in about a month and then it will just be HOT. VERY HOT. STICKY HOT. HOT, HOT, and more HOT. Oh well, at least the winters aren't that bad.

Got my X-Kites Sentinel today. Not a true Scott Hampton but a nice looker and flier. Did have to finally add some tails for the heavier wind but it did very well. Stringfly <>++++++ [attachments older than 90 days deleted by admin]

well it is a true hampton since he designed it...but the fact that the colors are printed and not painted is a difference....
re: the Sentinal from Scott Hampton there are two of them...9' tall and about 5' wide...they were made for the kite display in the Bilings Montana airport when the AKA National was there.....there were two of them..complimentary colors...and they were auctioned off....i have flown one of them and it was a bugger to get stable....but dang did it look cool.... When Scott told me that he was offering the design to xkites i thought that it was great since it is a cool shape!!!! nice kites to add Park!

Bought mine from Scott a few years ago at WSIkf.....kicked myself ever since for not buying more from him. He had a whole case full of them and I only bought ONE!!!! Urrrrggggggg. ALWAYS gets a lot of attention when it's in the air....(or sitting on the ground for that matter)

Flying the X-kite Scott Hampton Aliens today. Thanks Mikenchico and Steve for finding them and getting them to me. Both good flyers. They came with tail twirlers but more active and fun without them. Plan to fly with my Gomberg UFO and Bobber.

Gomberg UFO and Fridolin Anders Bubber. Aliens should look good with.
