Here's a Lazer I bought in 1985. 26 years ago! the kite would do Axels although I didn't know what they were.
hehe,,, we had a little cheap Jammer kite we bought for the kid that I installed a carbon frame kit made for another kite I got real cheap, it was totally radical and a blast to fly but it would get out of control and end up on its back in turtles & fades, of course those were followed by lazy's, flic flacs, wraps and who knows how many other tricks trying to get it jerked back into flying position. Like you we didn't know they were tricks, I don't think the axel was even published yet. We called them crashes and went back to the drawing board, kites weren't supposed to do that.
