We gather the first Sunday of every month at Wildwood Park ( at the entrance to Upper Bidwell) to fly kites and talk story.  Join us 10 am to sunset.
Weather forecast: Sunny, with a high near 79.

Any plans for a May Pole and the festivities that go with it?
If so, I suggest the Warrior Princess be promoted to May Queen.  Grin
I plan on getting there early in hopes of doing some SUL & UL flying before the wind picks up.  Wink

The May Queen has the day off and is planning to grace us with her presence.  I am giving the Warrior a thorough once over this afternoon as she hasn't flown since she return from Florida.
I'll try and get out early Denny, hopefully to give one of your kites a test drive.

My forecaster says a high of 81 and winds of 3 mph early to 10 mph by midday. No new storms moving in so we may get some decent wind, and we may have some out of town guests join us.   Cool

I think I need a road trip.

If everything goes right, I'll see you all Sunday morning.  Smiley

Just got off the phone with my relations in Nevada City, I'll be staying there Saturday night, and Chico's only 90 minutes or so from there, so it looks like a road trip with kites.

I had a great day. It was nice to see the Chico regulars again. Nice to meet Don in person and see Allen again too.

A shame I had to bail early, but I'm glad I went. I'll be back.
