Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

The first shot of the Ocius-sul was done on Friday 13th...  :'(....  The Widow Maker was shot on the 9th.  Flew May 10,11,12,13,14.... Lost wind and on Saturday got rained out.   Had a lot of practice up until then...  I even did an axel with my Pro Dancer.  Huh Most importantly I have begun to watch the kite more.   I guess it's seems natural but I didn't understand what I was watching for.  Then the light went on.. Nose up top and let it fall bakwards gently.  Saturday before the rain and loss of wind.  I was more gentle using my wrist rather thanmy arms.  I am getting more flat axels... Devin had me doing Wing Tip take off axels as well as axel take offs.   But I didn't get a chance to practice.  We've been rained on and HIGH winds.
Wing Tip Axel take offs are cool... Wink   getting to be a favorite.

The words in the second song are for all the beginners out there.  Everytime we get up and try again.  And a Big Thanks to the Experienced Kiters who set the standards.   One day if Itry real hard....Just maybe each day I get closer.   Vertigo Out !!
