One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Hi all,

I own a TOTL North Shore Radical (custom) framed with the following spars named :

CARBON X EXPRESS 300
CARBON CROSSWEAVE
GAME TRACKER'S

These rods are looking like SkyShark P300/P400 but I never saw these spars before.

Thanks in advance for your help.  Wink

Allen's right they are all arrowshafts made by carbon express years ago. http://www.carbonexpressarrows.com/cms/

ANy of the skyshark p100-p400 rods will work as replacements for them since they are basically the same dimensions.  JUst measure the wall thickness and find the closest match.

Extra points for taking out a big buck with a sport kite.

It takes a lot of skill.  Wink

The very early North Shores had an option that were sparred in wrapped Easton spars. It also had the two choice spine for heavy and light winds. The light wind spar was almost useless.  Tough to find replacements but finally found some that worked. Glad that everything worked out OK for you, it is a great kite.

That's a really nice looking NSR. The one I have is framed in G-Force Skinny SUL's.
