First things, first.... that's a durn purty kite.

The right hand lower leading edge looks broken at the lower APA stopper. It looks like the 3 spars in the first picture in your album is an upper spreader, and two lower leading edge spars.
Do the replacement LLE spars already have a stopper on them? The stopper is generally made of heat shrink tubing and meant to keep the APA fitting from moving out of place.
Is the replacement of the spar something you would feel comfortable doing? Do you have other kiters or a kite shop in your area?
Here's a picture of w8kbrder's Ion

It looks like there are legs of the bridle going to the upper and lower APA fittings and to the nose. On your kite, it looks like the connections at the upper APA fittings have been undone.
Once the LLE has been replace, you might try reconnecting them and the grasping the bridle by the pigtails (flourescent green/yellow) section of the bridle. The kite should hang symmetrically. If it doesn't you might want to send a private message to w8kbrder and get the measurements for the various bridle segments. Steve (our host) might also have those measurements hanging around somewhere.
Get those two things sorted out and the kite should be ready to fly.
Hope that helps.... post back if you have further questions.
