Solution A. without Mylar spine reinforcement.
If you have a look at the photos on Davide site you will notice only one run of zig zag stitching down the spine which suggest no Mylar spine.
What he does have are two small pieces of Mylar; One which is the same shape as the Darcon lower spreader "T" reinforcement and sewn on the opposite side. One small piece of mylar at the tail which I can only assume is required as the Darcon for the lower spreader "T" does not run to the tail.
The plans and photos aren't clear on the nose so I used a piece of 50mm x 50mm Dacron folder in half to create a nose bag then put a piece of sports bag cut to the dimensions of the "Naso Invictus" circle on the plans to form the nose.

Here is my finished Invictus UL. It flies a bit lower than I expected. I haven't had a real good chance to fly it as the wind has been non existent over the last week or so. The zero version my be on my build list

Yep just make sure when you print you set it for 100% scale or even easier just take the file to a local printer.

I've tried 2 different PDF viewers and neither one would open the file. Maybe because its a rar file?

RAR is just the compressed archive use win zip to extract it. IF you still can't get it check your e-mail I'll send you the files uncompressed.
