Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I have a scanner and I'm not afraid to use it ! I also have a pile o' old printed stuff from Back in the Day™ and I've decided to combine the two while my living room is being refloored.

I've uploaded the first batch to what will soon be my old webspace so if they disappear just let me know and I can reupload them to my new one. Plenty more lying about to be dealt with as and when time/space presents itself. They are all PDFs and are not always complete as I'm mostly only interested in sticky kites. Requests for other stuff will be entertained.

Aerie sheet
Air Circus catalogue (selection)
Benson sheet
Flexifoil catalogue 1998 (sportkite selection)
Flexifoil sheet
Impulse sheet
Scorpion sheet
Spirit of Air catalogue (Technical Ecstasy)
Stranger SL7 sheet
T&T and Wahoo instructions
Top of the Line sheet

Let the nostalgic wallowing commence   Wink

Mike,
yes, it is spelt catalogue.

I worship the ground you float above (abouve?  Roll Eyes )

You chaps will run out of the letter "u" soon what with all the extra places you dispatch them.

More. if you're a collector or a retro. grouch these may bring a tear to the eye. Look at the stuff that was available back then !!!

BFK 1996 catalogue <- supersized file, may trouble viewers/readers but is complete
BFK 1997 catalogue
The Kite Store 1990 stunt kite catalogue
The Kite Store 1991 stunt kite catalogue
The Kite Store 1992 stunt kite catalogue
Into the Wind 1995 catalogue (selection)
Caribbean Kite Company catalogue (selection)
Air Crafts catalogue

I might do some more if there's any interest but equally I might not.

Thanks for scanning & posting these, Mike. I love looking through the old Into the Wind catalogs that I have from the 80's and early 90's. Now I have to get over to the office and print them out on the color laser...

Thanks Mike.

I know this took you several hours. Looking at the Spirit Of Air catalogue was enlightening.  Smiley

I have a 1992 BKF catalog and a few ITW catalogs starting at '92.  I used to have more but threw them out years ago along with a few issues of Kite Lines and a few SKQ, I did keep the SKQ in 1991 that has many kite reviews in it and a discussion of the 1991 KTA convention in Dallas. My original owners manual for my FT Hawaiian (1990) and NSR (1991), My Revolution I manual with the VHS tape, and for the Force 10. Great stuff!!

Kitelife has an extensive library of Kite Lines and SKQ back issues.

If anyone wants to add their stash to the pile then I'm sure we can arrange a unified place to keep them all for posterity.

Many thanks Mike, I have most of those catalogues in paper myself but it's a PITA to dig them out to to confirm dates when we get into those history threads. Having them available digitized is so much easier. A great addition to the historical resources.

Yet more, but the last for a while as I might just be getting my house back later today.

Action Kites Sky Dart flight manual
Malvern Kites 1993 catalogue (selection)
Prism 1997 catalogue
Prism 1998 catalogue
Prism 3-D field card
Rare Air Pro Cheetah manual
The Kite Store price list 1989 November
The Kite Store price list 1990 January
The Kite Store price list 1991 January
The Kite Store price list 1992 February
Vlieger Op Stuntvliegers catalogue

And for those wondering.... no, I don't as a rule throw anything away. And I know where everything is too.  Tongue

I might well try to put some sort of webpage front end to this later too.

Zippy,  Love your anime.  One of my favorite movies of all time.  Nothing like some world famous Java!
