One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Last tuesday I received the Light Saber that Will Sturdy built for me, to complement the standard Saber II I won in Virtual Freestyle. It is as nice and fun and well built as the Saber II. Today I was lucky and the morning was beautiful (altough the weather forecast said cloudy and rainy) with varying winds that allowed me to give the Light a first try, and my wife was there operating the camera, recording the event. Here is the video:

Every time I look at the Saber, I see a RonG Machine with 2 less panels per side.

I have a Light Saber as well.  I received it from a very generous chap in England (Thanks again!!!!).

I really connected with the kite.  It is VERY well made.  I am very proud to have this kite and I talk about it every chance I get.  Wow.  I say it again, WOW!

Every person that tried this kite is impressed with it.

Last weekend, I kid you not, I gave the strings to a person in our little kite group.  He flew for 2 hrs, broke the strings, asked me to fix (while he flew the kite I was flying), got back the Light Saber and flew for another hr.  He really liked it too.

Well done Will.  You rock and has skills that should be praised.  Oh wait, they have been...winner!

yea...I'd kiss 'em if he were close enough.

Yep, Will is a great pilot, skilled artisan, great kite designer and a very fine guy to deal with, particularly when considering he's so young..., just 18 years old.
I don't hesitate recommending his kites to anyone looking for a top notch freestyle kite.
