One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

hello,

I am hoping somebody can help me out w/ what a part is.  I do not know kites and am using the parts for a different use altogether, but this particular part is shown to work with what my end project is.  It is the yellow outlined parts in the attached pic:

thanks in advance,
bob

Hello bob332

One of the very few rules here is that there are no direct links to other kite stores as this Forum is hosted by GWTW (see ad top right).

The part does look like a JACO standoff connector.

They look like HQ Stand Off connectors. Ask our host. I'm rather sure he can get them for you.

is there any way you could tell me which ones have the 6mm hole and the 3mm hole as illustrated?  I need those dimensions for the motors I will be using.  this is what i am building - http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/indoor-fun-with-a-tiny and the places that are linked to in that thread are in europe and do not ship to the US.

Hi Bob,

These parts are Eolo Gaya (Spain) standoffs connectors. Ask Eolo Sports. Kitehouse (Germany) is using these parts too but without the "Eolo Gaya" logo.
