One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Hello

I am new to dual line flying and recently picked up a Peter Powell Skyraker.  Does anyone know anything about this kite?  Anyways  I need someone to do some sewing and replace some of the rods on it.  Does anyone know of anyone they could put me in touch with that could do this

I expect our host, Steve would be able to help you get sort for spars/rods. 

If you need repair work done and aren't handy with sewing, I would contact  Pam Kirk and Mike Dennis (Phone & fax: 619-225-0593) of Heads Up Kites.  They do a lot of the sailwork for Skyburner kites and do really nice repairs.
