Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Kite interest has been growing in our area and our fun fly has done well.  With the real legwork being done by George, last year there is a kite festival side to the annual Color the Skies balloon festival.  This year the rest of the fun fly group chipped in to help this side of the event grow.  Team Too Much Fun came out again and did a great demo, Brian Champie showed up with some of his giants and all in all it was a great fest.  THe only thing missing was good wind. Saturday was light all day, great for balloons but not so great for kites but today was a lot better for kites but not balloons Tongue

Here's some pics I took from the kite field.

Here's the video of Team too much fun.  I missed the dual line pairs routine due to being attacked by a giant gecko while trying to film and the wind shifted after the start so Its not the best angle for the first part but they did a great job and we were glad to have them as part of the fun.
