Prism Banner pole stake

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Anyone out there have/use one?   what do they do????do they go into the ground then the banner pole sticks into it?   or do they also stick out of the ground and the banner pole goes over it???

Always interested in what other people use to anchor their banner poles.....

Goes in the ground, banner pole goes inside.  Attach banner to the little rod that sticks out from the side.

So this only works if you have about 18" of open pole at the bottom?
What diameter is it?? their website says up to 3/4" of a outside diameter...that is not that big.....hmmmm...
must be made for their pole......hmm.....
