One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

So... there is this kite festival hapening on Whidbey Island this weekend. I was wondering if anyone was going other that Tpatter and myself??? And if so... Here is the big question....  I don't have a ride and was wondering if anyone was heading up on Saturday for the day? I think I will be hitching a ride with Tom on Sunday but don't have a way of getting there on Saturday?? It's not the end of the world but if anyone is feeling nice, let me know.

I'm gonna go ahead and head over on Saturday for a bit. I will just bus it so I will probably not get there till the afternoon. Which sucks because I will miss the competition. But it will still be fun to go. So I'll see ya on saturday most likely.

Did you check the sounder?  I think it runs pretty early.
