One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

OK...I know the forum is geared towards the stunt guys but many of us are into SLK's and many of the Dually(and Quad) fliers have been known to put up a SLK or two while they are in the field.

So, what is your favorite SLK??

I'd have to go with my Brasington Listener for just general flying.

What's yours?

I fully appreciate the ability of trees to attract kites. They have special powers that way.

I have so many SLKs it's hard to pick.  But I would have to say it would be either my Jordan Airform 200 or my40 foot PL teddy bear.  Hmmmmm I guess I would have to go with the Jordan because I built it myself and the graphic was drawn by my son.

My favorite was made by Arnold Stellema for my wedding. It was a nice surprise.  Smiley

Yeah Rob, you have too many, but not too many to pick one for each of those categories!  Personally I thought you'd go with the Boreal Celtic Delta.

As for my own, it wasn't easy, but I'm going to go with my Celestial Navigator by Bobby Stanfield:

I have to say that I like the 61/49 too. Once you know how it should be set up and bridled correctly (that is - make sure the bridle is equal lengths at the swivel), it's a fun active flier. And by gosh, it's the kind of thing you want to keep within 50' just to appreciate the craftsmanship!

Just now getting into them, probably my favorite type would be Jordon's or Sutton's.
However that one of Quincy's up there (delta-windows) R.B is very nice looking as well.
