It would appear that his family and neighbors were trying to prepare for one of the worst wind storms with huge water storm surges in recent history?
GOOD NEWS HOWEVER...
FROM THE LATEST LONG RANGE WEATHER FORCAST...THANKFULLY, HOPEFULLY...
THIS TIME..it appears that he is going to DODGE THE BIG BULLET ONE for that main storm which is forecasted for around 40 to 50mph sustained winds.
Guess his OLD PRISM VENTED KITE WITH THE 300# LINES and our skinny feeble old kite koot streeeeeeeetched' arms will have a chance of surviving.
