Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Ara,

Glad you finally got it. Have fun with it and don't forget to master the basics before jumping to the tricks. Once all the basics are controlled from anywhere in the wind window and anywhere on ground, then tricks will follow easily afterwards.
Watch your lines and how they react to your inputs. Being a rapid kite, practice in low wind and learn your body movement an line management first.

The bungee that came with my Nexus tends to grab the lines sometimes if i loose control during some backflips or turtles, guess i will get them replaced with the tension method i use on my other kites. You might try this after if you encounter those little issues

Have fun Ara and good luck for all your flying Smiley
