Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

We read all the concerns for Skin cancer here and elsewhere. Many of us follow the strict hat, shades and sun sreen practices. Today I find out I have a vitamin D deficiency . But I'm cancer free for now

I always have a healthy criticism of whatever my doctor tells me.

I'm willing to bet that most everyone here has been told the same thing about vitamin D from their doctor as well (I have).  So, why now?  It's not like our understanding of dietary requirements have changed all that much in the last year, has it?

I can't say that it will work for you but, for me, it has - so far.
I am a long time flier- more than 25 years - and I have used NO ADD Sun Block (which can be found at Drug Store.com.), for at least 5 years. I use 50 or 60 SPF.  The stuff is about the same consistency of cold cream but it blocks the sun very effectively. It works for me. I buy a bottle at the beginning of the year and it lasts all year. I fly year round at least 3 days a week. Costs about $8.00. AND -

 IT TASTES LIKE CHICKEN!!!

( just a joke - don't drink it.) Really, It tastes awful.

Just setting you up for your Boniva shots, you have checked the cost of those right?
