Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I had one of these as a kid, but I think it was just 360s - no real control.

I don't think your link is working correctly-- I got a choice of four videos (none will play) with the following titles:

- How to Roast the Perfect Turkey

- Flying Smiles Kites Thanksgiving Party

- FAMILY HOME DESTROYED BY AVALANCHE - CHILDREN TO BLAME

- Internet Love Story: CTFxC Wedding (Charles & Alli)

Now I'm curious ;-)

Back in the1950`s at that time I was in my late teen`s Control line model aircraft were a popular sport, several classes[speed, racing 2fliers started oposite , aerobatics, loops etc ] In the UK we had regional & national champs Various classes ie, engine size , wingspan etc.seemed to die out when RC became affordable

Thanks Mike-- I didn't take much time to mess with the URL. What fun to watch! It brought back great memories of the planes my dad was always building. He always had one on the bench and one he would fly. After that it was RC planes and he's still building and flying those at 85yrs.
