One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I started to look at my kite files.  I know I cropped some of this before, but when I watched and heard the music in the background I remembered.  I was flying to the the theme music of Forest Gump.  I could hear it in the background.  So I tried to overlay the music.  It worked.  I miss those days SSSSSSSSSsssssssssoooooooooooo much.  Gentle wind, Sunset,SUL and music in my ears.

I guess I am speaking for a number of grounded flyers.   :'( :'( :'(
Yesterday I even used Google Earth to look at the Beach ...    They are renaming my Beach... No longer gonna be called Metroplotian Beach ( Metro ) for short.  Now It's Lake St. Clair Beach.  Believe me Metro Detroiters will always call it "Metro".
 Gonna Be a Long Winter at this rate...  Streets are clean of snow.  Nothing but a light covering a copuple weeks ago.  If only .............. Wishful thinking

Oh man I love love LOVE that soundtrack. I've been searching for years to find the track that Jon T flew to on his "Winning Performances" VHS. SO GOOD.
