One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Please, wich is for you the nicest owl (a single line kite built by the german kitebuilder Rolf Zimmerman) between these two design ?

Hi,

I definitely like the top one best. I think the contrast of colors make the shapes much more understandable and the object more recognisable.

Perhaps could the "magenta" color on the head of the second owl be replaced by black for a better contrast ?

And perhaps too, feet and beak yellow -> orange ?

A marriage between the two owls...  Wink

Top one. I don't know if just replacing the head color would be enough. I also like the yellow eye color. It is a cool kite no matter the color!
