Mermaid front photo added by request.
RULES:
1 Don't talk price or schedule with anyone.
2 Don't talk to vendors while they are with customers.
3 Ask permission before taking any photos.
4 Ask if any products are not to be photographed.
5 Don't show any wholesale pricing (I knew this one from last year)
6 If asked to leave, do so politely.
7 Avoid a certain individual (no names so don't ask).
Jeez, back in the day it wasn't this even this "tight".
Pretty soon they're going to make you sign a waiver, do a FBI back ground check, do a credit check, come to your house to see where you store your kites, and talk to friends and family just to look, take photos (if you asked for permission of course) and ask questions about a kite.
It's JUST KITES for God sakes, not stealth technology, or U.S. military secrets.
And, asked to leave?
Really?
Unless you're acting like an a$$hole, why would they?
Because you broke one of their 7 golden rules?
And what's up with #7?
Kite politics at it's best. Amazing, nothing has changed after 26 years of being in this "sport".
BTW, thanks John, I really enjoyed flying your baby last night. That's "old school", my kind of
kites.
