One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

About a year and a half ago I bought a real nice custom Team Next Up and maybe flew it less than 5 times. It's a beautiful kite with taped seems and Icone white spreaders that was custom ordered to look like a Debray Replica. It's not as tricky as some of my other kites but it sure is pretty to look at! I was thinking about letting it go back to the original owner for $300 ($50 less than what I paid for it) to put money towards a sewing machine.

I'm having trouble getting the okay to get a sewing machine right now (mabey later) so would you keep it or sell it? (I'm wondering if there would ever be a market for this kite considering how much it is.)

I'm mainly flying the Nirvanas and the occasional Widow Maker, Deep Space, and Fearless. The others are what others might be the B bag. The Team Next Up might qualify as being in the B bag.

BOB if you ask me sell it. I used to collect kites as you know Grin but then i realized no no point on keeping them if you could use something else.

I think you might be right, Sammy. Am I a collector or a flier? I want to think that if I'm a flier, than being a collector servers no good purpose.  I've got some great kites and I don't have enough time to to fly the ones I REALLY want to fly!

And there's the quads! Sammy, we have to meet up some time at LSP!
