The wind range is more about the upper end.
If the wind is over about 8 mph, you will probably be flying
the kite, but not tricking it without running. That is a lot of
sail.
In my less capable hands, I was giving inputs too quickly and
needed to slow down and give the kite a chance to finish what
it was doing. In Devin's and others' capable hands the kite
was very pretty to watch as it slowly and gracefully did its tricks.
Although I did think the panel layout reminded me of the
New Tech Dynamite.
