As far as quad flying goes... I find it a big help if you don't over-think what you're doing, let your instincts take control. Remembering that Revs require tiny hand movements, not like the dualies, sometimes that's a re-learning issue.
Once launched, keeping your elbows pinned, near your sides at your waist, which helps keep your hands from flailing around (which usually is cause for crashing

).
