Premier Red Oval Roller stick sizes

I have a second-hand Red Oval Roller that has a couple broken sticks. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem because I could figure out from the old ones how long replacements should be. However, when I measured the sticks, I got two different sizes on the upper and lower spreader.

The spreaders consist of two longer sticks (28 1/2" P300) with an external metal ferrule and a shorter stick with an internal ferrule at each end. The problem is that the spreader sticks with the internal ferrules are two different sizes. One is only 22 1/2" long while the other spreader stick with the ferrules is 28 1/2" long. The two different lengths don't seem right to me.

I got a copy of the assembly instructions from Premier but there was no mention of the stick sizes. However, the diagrams show the sticks with the internal ferrules are the same size.

Does anyone have one of these kites and could provide the sizes of the spreader sticks? I really like the looks of this kite and want to get it back into the air where it belongs. Can anyone help?

I have a Bobby Stanfield roller and the upper and lower spreaders are two different lengths, so I would think that that is normal.

In the Premier instructions, they include this diagram:

All rods are P300. The measurements for the sticks are:
Spine rod: top and bottom are 29" not including the ferrules; middle is 28".
Spreader rod: top and bottom are 28"; middle is 14 1/2" not including the ferrules at each end.
Ferrules are 4" long.

You were typing at the same time as me.  I was just going to offer to measure the spars on my Kanguru Rollers which I assume are the same size.   Nice to have the numbers directly from Chris though.

For some reason, I thought all the spars were P200s, but would take Chris's word for it. 

I will have to check that out in the near future, just as a personal sanity check.
