One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Seems a bit odd... the standard SF Pro is quoted as 11.5 oz.  The difference between the weight of the T18/15 frame set of the standard and the T15/12 of the UL should be more than 0.4 oz (11 grams).  Maybe not much, but I would think around 0.6 oz, so I'm surprised FW don't quote 10. something.

I think there must be some confussion about the UL frame. The LE's are DT-10's not DT-12's.
The LS are DT-12's

The frame specifications Mike username:(zippy8) typed below are incorrect.

Specifications:
Skill Level     Intermediate - Advanced
Wingspan     90" x 35"
Wind Range  1 - 10 mph
Speed          Medium
Pull              Light
Frame          New Dynamic 12, T15
Tail Weight    0.6 oz
Ballast          0.2 oz
Weight         11.1 oz
Sail              Ventex Polyester & Mylar

After you total up the Leading Edge lengths of the Standard Pro and the UL Pro there is only a difference of .5 cm. Not very significant.

Aha...my bad.  I read the post but didn't look at the pic.
So the frame weight difference should be closer to 14 or 15 grams

8.5g = 0.299828oz
It surely must be 8.5oz
Maybe around 242.0g
According to THIS
conversion chart 1g = 0.03527396195 ounces

Looks like by not using the two stand offs on each side they've reduced the weight down to the approximate weight of a Deep Space UL (8.39oz.), WidowMaker UL (8.0oz.), and a Talon UL (8.46oz.). Dropping one stand off probably compensated for the difference in weight between Dynamic and Skyshark tubes. Sounds good weight wise. Now if it flys as nice as the single Stand Off Flying Wings Acrobatx it will be very nice. Thanks for the weight info.
