Being new to the forum, I was perusing earlier threads and caught this video. No one posted any comments, but I think it is terrific, especially over the pond.
I gather that the Emong is a relatively new design and, from what little I have read, thus far, is pretty easy for a beginner to fly. How long are those lines? From the video, they look to be relatively short. The flier doesn't have to move the body as much as the arms.
It is not a terribly expensive kite either (under $100), so it would seem like a great kite to have for absolutely still days. It also doesn't require a large field. Steve is flying it over a pond, in what looks like a small driveway, and inside a building portico.
Love it!
