Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I posted this video of Stans Monster kite a couple years ago.  I was just watching it and thought it needs another go around.  Stan made his 175 foot tails.  Huh  Not surprising from individuals in this sport.  Grin .  I can't sew a button.  Cheesy

Here is Stan .....

What a large flying space. I can only dream of having tails that long.  Cry

Living in Las Vegas, I belive we have more showgirls that parks. Plus they are multi use with trees, soccer goals, light towers etc.

My foils are smaller than Stan's, but I love the launch at 2:40. Always have the same problem. Can never get two people to release the kite at the same time.  Embarrassed  Not the hardest job in the world. but it is always a problem.
