How to support this without getting too "organized".
I usually teach newbies on a regular basis. They learn on whatever I happen to be flying at the time. No beater kites. The last person taught was on this beauty:

Will you be supporting NKM? If so, please take the time to teach an interested party to fly. If they are children, make sure their parents are present and you ask permission (it helps I've found).
You might also pull out some long unaired kites and give them some flight time. You could find that they've gotten a lot better while resting in the dark.
