Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Anyone interested in our Festival debut as Flying Fish and as part of L-katz, there's a report in my latest blog post.

Includes pictures and a link to a video of the 11-kite mega-fly at the end of the Southampton Kite Festival!

I liked that mega fly video. And I caught at least one collision thrown in there to keep it interesting. Good job! Grin

I'm amazed we ended with nine kites flying! At one point, we were down to seven, but some of the kites that were forced to the ground got back in again.

It was a lot of fun to do! Pretty hectic, as you can imagine, and it wasn't until I saw the video that I could actually see what happened with everyone. During the flying, you're so focussed on your own kite and the kite in front of you that you can't see the whole picture.
