Posting a video link

Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

YouTube Video's :  YouTube videos displayed in your post as easy as copying the url and pasting it in the post window (no other formatting needed.  This feature should allow you to display videos from many different sites but our early experience is that is sort of hit and miss ... but YouTube works like a champ.

i was able to get a google video up and running...and i think that the movie links in flickr or photobucket work.?.?.?.?
best thing to do is to paste it into a new thread and then hit the Preview button....see if your link works.....if nto then close it...if it does work then hit Post.....

You do not need to surround the link with the URL tags.  Just copy and paste the link location.

if you click on the buttons right above this insert text box (when making a post) those buttons will put in special html code to make the post look like you want....
a url tag is one that puts a url link into your post.... looks sort of like [ url][/ url]...
if you ant to post a live link in a post you put the two brackets on either side of the link....
